radicchio300px.jpgWelcome to Eat with Eli, a New York City based health-supportive natural foods service.  Eli is a certified natural foods chef, cooking class instructor, and holistic health counselor committed to preparing wholesome culinary experiences:

  • All natural whole foods. No high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, artificial coloring, or hormones in your dairy. In other words, real food.
  • Local, seasonal, and sustainable fare. Eat with Eli is passionate about supporting local farmers and making conscious food choices. Upon request, Eat with Eli can select organic and local produce.
  • Food that nourishes you. Because of her expertise in customizing food that resonates with each client, your experience will energize and rejuvenate you.
  • Delicious multicultural cuisine. Eat with Eli's diverse expertise in various culinary styles ranges from Thai curries to sushi to southern comfort food. Cooking with less-than ordinary ingredients is her status quo: quinoa, hijiki seaweed, tempeh, agar, gluten-free flours, and coconut oil.
  • Personalized menus. Eat with Eli does not have a ‘standard' menu. Eli will employ her intimate knowledge of ethnic cuisine with modern culinary twists for which she has become acclaimed.
  • Green culinary practices. Eat with Eli abides by the highest environmentally sustainable culinary practices. She is well-versed in sustainable fish and meat, high-heat compostable products, carbon offsets, eco-friendly cleaning products, and much more. Upon request, your event can be an entirely carbon neutral affair.
